In a recent trip to Los Angeles, I visited the Getty Center. This beautiful art museum sits on top of a hill, offering beautiful views of the ocean, the surrounding countryside, and Los Angeles itself. I really enjoyed the architecture there; the structure was inspired by the colors and shapes in the surrounding nature, and the walls and pillars are made to frame the nature and the views of the city. The museum includes well-designed gardens, architecture, and sculptures. The Getty is not only a place to see famous pieces of art, like Irises, by Van Gogh, but also a place to enjoy the view, spend time outside, and relax. Visiting the Getty was a great experience for me, and I would recommend it if you visit Los Angeles.
